Hi, I’m Ashley — Creator of Your First 60

I created this program because I know what it feels like to run on empty while giving your all to your family. I believe in this program because I know how building a habit is the key to long lasting success, not relying on motivation or other people to keep you accountable. That happens with us, and that happens through well built habits. With deep roots in family life and a love for balance, I designed a way for moms to build strength through simple, habit-driven workouts that truly fit real life.
